Paul William Hilder, now of Angmering West Sussex, went for a job at MI5 after studying at Bath University between 1996 and 1999....
According to Paul Hilder's sister Louise Mary Watts, a Senior Neonatal Nurse, he didnt get the job at MI5 as they must have found out that "he was a drug dealer at Bath University".
Louise Watts (aka Louise Hilder / Louise Barton) admitted in court that she regularly broke the UK Coronavirus law in 2020 whilst working as a neonatal nurse at the Trevor Mann Baby Unit (TMBU) in Brighton.
In my opinion, Louise Watts abused her position of trust by wilfully and recklessly putting vulnerable patients, hospital staff and others lives at risk of infection/death during the global Covid pandemic by allowing people into her house.
Paul Hilder's father Peter Richard Hilder was convicted and imprisoned for Fruad. According to the FCA Final Notice he "dishonestly obtained 19 mortgages totalling approximately £2.78 million."
Drug misuse harms the health and wellbeing of too many people. There are a number of different criminal offences which restrict the supply and use of harmful substances.
It is illegal to possess, supply and produce controlled drugs. It is also illegal to import or export drugs, or to allow your premises to be used for drug production.
Controlled drugs fall into three different categories, Class A, B or C, according to their danger or how harmful they are. The sentences for drug offences are different for each class of drugs. Class A drugs are the most harmful, and will lead to a greater sentence.
Section 3 of the Defamation Act 2013 sets out the defence of honest opinion to comply with the guarantee of free speech under Article 10 of the Human Rights Act 1998.
Section 4a of The Limitation Act 1980 defines the time limit for actions for defamation or malicious falsehood as one year from the date on which the cause of action accrued.
